Telesales Consultant – Electronic Fire & Security Systems


Based in: Hampshire


There has never been a more exciting time to be part of the team at Croma Fire and Security.  Founded in 1970 as a family-run business, we have been providing extensive expertise in fire safety, security and locksmith solutions for over half a century.  We maintain an unrivalled knowledge of the industry, enabling us to deliver comprehensive security solutions and we have ambitious plans for growth.


We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the business and lead the charge as a B2B Telesales Consultant, to make outbound calls to new and existing customers, establish new sales opportunities and work closely with the internal sales department and field-based sales surveyors to generate new business and increase sales.

This is an ideal opportunity for an established telesales executive with proven track record of cold calling, lead generation and business development skills.


Your Role as Sales Surveyor:


Join the Independent Trailblazers: Become a part of our growing elite team of professionals working for a well-established, independent NSI Gold accredited Fire and Security company.


Sales Dynamo: Meet and exceed achievable monthly sales targets with your extraordinary sales acumen and increase your earning potential.


Sales Maverick: Work your magic in telesales to identify and develop new opportunities, quotes and surveys for our sales team.


Security Systems Maestro: Elevate sales revenue by identifying, upselling and cross selling opportunities with customers who need a professional fire and security partner to design and install new and/or maintain their existing Fire, Intruder, CCTV and Access Control Systems.


New Opportunities Explorer: Work your magic in telesales to identify and develop opportunities and increase our customer portfolio.


Quotation Prodigy: To work independently and as part of a pro-active forward thinking team to provide solutions and quotations. Prepare and deliver personal sales pipeline & activity reports, basic service agreement quotations and detailed leads for territory sales team to further consult, survey, design system solutions.



Requirements


· An insatiable appetite for sales and business development.


· Confidence and self-motivation.


· Experience in B2B outbound customer calling, lead generating and developing relationships.


· Excellent customer service and communication skills


· Capable of establishing who the key decision makers / stakeholders are and opening the door for further discussions and sales presentation.


· Able to compose professional and enticing follow-up emails.


· Ability to produce basic service agreement quotes in line with our pricing strategy.


· Ideally require a min of 2 years in a similar role


· Must be able to satisfy BS7858 security vetting requirements
